We hosted a webinar with Dr. Joel Shertock and Andreas Eschbach on how to deal with human factors in your plant operations.
The human brain is an imperfect collector of memory - an unreliable narrator, so to speak.
Many plants today underperform due to an ad hoc approach to data collection. In this webinar, the participants were provided with information on how to build an organizational memory for their shift operations. Especially on how to proactively respond to process upsets, prioritizing plant resources towards upset resolution, developing a learning organization and taking advantage of existing knowledge bases.
