The company was formerly called Vertellus Performance Chemicals, but as of May 1, 2022, it has separated and become a stand-alone company. Ascensus Specialties boosts efficiency with Seqonis and at the same time improves the safety of their 24/7 manufacturing plants with multiple shifts and departments.

The company chose the eschbach solution due to its liability and intuitive user interface. Additionally, there was a high need for protected data and the most current software for their plant process management. On top of that, Seqonis was a great fit for the existing IT landscape and strategy. Manufacturing staff was integrated in the whole implementation process at an early stage and did not have to change their processes because of the implementation.
